I have always been passionate about the catering industry and have had a varied 25 year career within the industry. I formed my own company in 2006, inspired by the vision of delivering a personalised and high-quality range of services to a clientele who demand great cuisine at an affordable price.

Securing a contract to provide catering services to various Freemason Lodges in the South West established the company and has enabled me to expand into other areas. It was not long before my philosophy attracted interest from other chefs and between us, we now have a diverse portfolio of styles and expertise.

Of course, the foodie-revolution has swept through the UK on the back of celebrity chefs such as Gordon Ramsey and Jamie Oliver, and we are delighted to provide a fantastic cuisine within pre-defined budgets.

An increased awareness about the food we eat has provided the basis for a transformation in the catering industry and we also understand the importance of using local and ethical suppliers to create menus of the highest standards. We embrace these trends and are committed to giving our clients and their guests a memorable and exciting experience.
